Amber Tuttle

Amber Tuttle was born and raised on Salt Spring Island. Amber spends her days, teaching dance, writing poetry and of course making chocolates. Her love of confections started in high school when she got a job at Harlan's chocolates and gelato, through that she learned the basics of chocolate making, and the obsession was created. Over the last 4 years, she has learned many new techniques and recipes, and has been selling her goods at the beaver point hall craft fair every Christmas.
